Micah Watson

Micah Watson is Assistant Professor of Political Science and Director of the Center for Politics and Religion at Union University. HIs broad research interests include political philosophy, politics and religion, politics and literature, and ethics and public policy. He is currently working on several projects which include how John Locke’s religious views influenced his political theory, the biblical thought of Leo Strauss and Ernest Fortin, and a collaborative effort with his political theory counterparts at Wheaton and Westmont to consider the possibility of an evangelical tradition of political thought.
