Tell the folks, let them decide

The Minneapolis Star Tribune actually covered the Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life rally on the anniversary of Roe this year. That’s remarkable, right there.

And….they admitted in the lede that it’s been an annual event since the Roe ruling 37 years ago.

“[Gov. Tim] Pawlenty urged those who attended the lunchtime rally to be committed, but also respectful. “As we are advocates, and we need to be strong advocates and unflinching advocates, we need to do that in a loving way,” he said.

“When we change hearts and minds, the laws and the legislatures and the courts will follow,” Pawlenty said. “We will do that by being respectful, kind and loving to others that we want to join the cause.”

The abortion movement has no comeback for this charitable debate in the public square.
