Randall Otto

Randall Otto received his PhD in Historical & Theological Studies from Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia in 1990.  He has pastored Reformed and Presbyterian congregations in the Philadelphia region since that time and taught religion, philosophy and other humanities for several institutions.  He presently does online instruction for Thomas Edison State University, Southwestern College, Graceland University and Chamberlain School of Nursing.
