Filmmaker trains self using the Internet

Until mobile phones became the prime means to connect to the Internet in Nigeria, "Cybercafes" were common, where you pay for Internet time.  Most stayed open all night long for that is when you were guaranteed both a faster connection and cheaper rates.
The video below is the story of how Oluseyi Amuwa Asurf, a young Nigerian taught himself to be a filmmaker by reading up tutorials he found on the Internet - how to use the camera, how to shoot films and how to edit.  His limited formal education notwithstanding, he is now an employer of labor.  Africa is surely a land ripe with opportunities and many are taking advantage of this, from without and from within.
