Among on-line efforts to eradicate
sexual violence in religious communities, a worthy example is set by
the web page of The
Awareness Center, Inc.,
run by The International Jewish Coalition Against Sexual Abuse/Assault.  

This Jewish counterpart to Catholics’ BishopAccountability.org and SNAP
(Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests),
is amazingly complete, including news about cases against rabbis and
other perpetrators, a register of offenders, advice for victims, and
a detailed history of child abuse and how it has been dealt with since
the Middle Ages (in timeline form). 

Catholics aren't the only ones....
Perhaps we can benefit from sharing of experience.
