In spite of all the bad news these days, (or maybe because of it),
there’s plenty of good work happening to target disinformation and
counter it with clarity.

Before health care conscience protection is revoked and medicine
practiced as we know it is history, Americans had better become aware
of the issues and involved in the democratic process. Some people are
saying someone should do something. Some people are doing something.
Like putting together links and resources to engage citizens.

And I was in a lively conversation with my radio show producer about
political and cultural issues, and wondered aloud where the ‘moral
majority’ went. He said they’ve been silent for a long time, but he
thinks they’re still the majority. They’re not so silent anymore.

Speaking of which…’Voice for the Voiceless’ may be silenced soon. The Foundation is so busy working to save lives and inform citizens of their health
care rights…..they don’t have enough time to raise funds (and
admittedly aren’t so comfortable asking). But they’re talking about it
now while there’s still time. Especially the Legacy Project.
